Sauteed Chicken with Cashew Nuts
Mix Chicken, egg white, salt sesame oil and corn flour. Heat the oil in a wok, add the chicken stirring vigorously until the Chicken is cooked. Drain the Chicken and set aside. In the same oil fry the Cashew Nuts for about a minute. In a separate pan heat the ground nut oil, add the Chicken, rice wine and Soy sauce and stir fry for 2 mins.
