Salad Nicoise
In a large bowl combine the Potatoes, parsley, Olives, Onion, Tuna and Green Beans. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Before serving toss the mixed green salad with lemon vinigrette. Serve with garnish of Tomatoes, Capers and Anchovies.
