Deep Fried Mushrooms
1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem. Cut the brie cheese into 4 pcs. and stuff into the mushroom caps 2. Dust with a little flour and dip into the egg and parmesan cheese batter 3. Deep fry in hot vegetarian cooking oil for one minute. drain and set aside 4. Put the lettuce on the middle of the plate and drizzle with vinaigrette dressing 5. Arrange the mushrooms on the plate and put the tomato and basil relish in between the mushrooms 6. Sirinkle with Salt & Pepper to taste
