Souvlaki
Cut the meat into cubes, thread on 15 skewers (about 100 g each) and cook on preheated grill. Grill green peppers. Fry pita bread in oiled pan. Place lettuce leaves on plate or wooden tray. When meat is ready, remove from skewers and arrange on lettuce. Serve with slices of grilled green peppers on top. Garnish the plate with chopped tomatoes and tzatziki. Accompany with pita bread.
