Foie Gras Creme Caramel
Bring cream to the boil with bouquet garni and garlic. Work together eggs, cream and foie gras and pass through a sieve. Make a syrup from alcohol, sugar, honey and thyme, season to taste and combine with foie gras mixture. Pour the mix into 4 individual molds. Bake at 133 C for 25 minutes and chill before serving.
