Lamb Chops with Rosemary sauce
Fry the marinated Lamb chops in oil till both sides are cooked. arrange the lamb chops in a serving plate and pour the sauce on top. Serve with vegetable and french fries. Sauce:- Heat oil in a sauce pan add onion and saute till soft add Rosemary followed by white wine and reduce . Add Demi-glace and stir while bringing to boil. Continue cooking on a slow fire until the sause is reduced.
