Chicken Tikka
Combine yogurt, garlic paste, ginger, onion, chili powder, coriander and salt together in a bowl and mix well. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Skewer the chicken cubes. Roast in a pre heated oven /grill /tandoor, turning cubes occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until cooked thorough, basting at least once. Remove cubes from the skewer and place on a warmed serving dish. Garnished with onion rings tomato slice and coriander leaves. Serve at once.
