Mix all the ingredients of the first marinade and rub on the prawns. Keep aside for half an hour. Squeeze the prawns gently to remove excess moisture. Whisk together the ingredients for the second marinade and marinate the prawns in this mixture for another 30 minutes. Heat oils in a wok fry the prawns in a medium heat. Remove drain and keep aside for 2 minutes. Deep-fry again till they are crisp and golden color. Drain the oil and serve hot with sesame chutney.
