Oriental Lentil Soup
1 Heat oil in stock pot; cook onion 1 minute. 2 Add broth, lentils, smoked ham hock, bay leaf, thyme, pepper and garlic; bring to a boil. 3 Reduce heat and simmer until lentils are tender. 4 Stir in can of veg-all; heat through and serve.
