Risotto porcini
1. Wash the risotto rice and saute with onion and garlic for 5 minuts. 2. Add porcini mushrooms and saute again. 3. Add vegetable stock and cook for 10 minutes with cover. 4. Mix with butter and Parmesan cheese powder and it is ready to serve.
