Paneer Tikka Kalounji
1. Marinate the cubes of cottage cheese with ginger, garlic, red chilli paste, mustard oil and table salt. 2. Add whisked yoghurt, powdered whole spices, turmeric and salt to taste. 3. Rest it in the marinade for 1 hour. 4. Skewer the marinated cottage cheese and roast it in moderately heated clay oven. 5. Bast it with clarified butter. 6. Unskewer it, serve and garnish with fenugreek powder, rock salt and chaat masala. Add lemon, if required.
