    Banjara Gosht

    1. In a thick-base sauce pan, add clarified butter at moderate heat. 2. Add whole spices and ginger garlic paste. Stir fry to light golden. 3. Add chopped onions and tomatoes. Stir fry. 4. Put lamb cubes, turmeric, red chilli paste, fried onions and pot roast, pouring butter milk to de-glaze. 5. Once lamb is seared, add lamb stock and slow cook. 6. While close to getting fully cooked, add garlic cloves, ginger batons, green chilli slit and salt and reduce heat. 7. Finish with coriander herb and serve hot.
