1. In a thick-base sauce pan, add clarified butter under moderate heat. 2. Add whole spices and ginger garlic paste. Stir fry to light golden. 3. Then, add chopped onions and tomatoes, chilli paste and turmeric. Stir fry. 4. Add spring onion bulbs, capsicum batons, tomato baton and coriander herb. Stir fry. 5. Add sliced murgh malai tikka and nape in the above mentioned masala. 6. Simmer and finish by adding freshly pounded black pepper.
