Nalli Ka Khaasa Salan
1. Heat clarified butter in heavy bottom sauce pan. 2. Saute with ginger garlic lamb shanks, fried onion, coriander sprig, mint sprig, red chilli powder and turmeric. 3. Add beaten yoghurt and reduce fire. Keep stirring till dry and napped. 4. Then, add lamb stock, potli ka masala and cook till the lamb shanks are tender. 5. Remove the lamb shanks reserving the flavoured stock. 6. Bathe the lamb shanks in saffron cream. 7. Strain the flavoured stock and put the saffron cream bathed lamb shanks into it. 8. Let it braise in it till done. 9. Serve with a garnish of fried onions, mint sprig and saffron cream.
