Miso Soup
1. Pour in stock and onions in a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer until the onion become transparent. 2. Add in the seaweed and continue to simmer for 2 more minutes or until the seaweed has expanded. 3. Heat for a few more minutes until the soup starts to boil. But do not allow the soup to boil for more than 2 minutes or it will become salty. 4. Add the miso paste and stir using a small whisk until the paste is fully dissolved. 5. Serve immediately.
