Seafood Fried Rice
1. Pour oil in a pan and saute garlic. 2. Add the seafoods, then the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes. 3. Then, add the egg, butter and steamed rice. Saute all ingredients and mix together. 4. Add salt, pepper and soya sauce to taste.
