For the filling: 1. Saute slices of beef fillet, vegetables with onion & garlic and add Mexican spices. For the wrap: 1. Spread cheese sauce, cheddar cheese and filling on the flour tortillas. 2. Wrap and put in a griller till light brown in color. 3. Cut into 2 pieces and serve.
