Apple Caramel
1. Put the apples, raisins, nuts and honey in a pan. Cook until the honey is caramelized. 2. Add some cinammon powder on top. 3. Make a crepe and fold in the apple mixture. 4. Serve in a dessert plate along with vanilla and chocolate sauces. 5. Prepare pecan caramel garnish by cooking the pecan in a caramel sauce. Pour in the pecan caramel on the plate as garnish.
