Tagliolini Aragosta
Dough: 1. Mix together the semolina flour, egg, salt, olive oil and form a dough. Knead the dough for 20 minutes. Allow 15 minutes for the dough to rest. 2. Saute the lobster with onion, garlic and parsley. 3. Add tomato sauce and mix the tagliolini pasta and cook for 2 minutes. Tagliolini''s boiling time is 2 minutes. 4. Ready to serve.
