Chicken or shrimp dumplings
1. Mix all ingredients for the filling: chicken or shrimps, salt, pepper, soya sauce, sesame oil, sugar & vegetables. 2. Get a teaspoon of dumpling mix and place it on a round dumpling wrapper. Surround the shumai mix with the wrapper. Press against the sides of the wrapper, creating a basket, without closing the top. Steam for 10 minutes. 3. For the dumpling sauce, mix all ingredients together. Set aside. 4. Serve the chicken or shrimp dumpling with the dumpling sauce.
