Ghormeh Sabzi
Mince or finely chop all the vegetables and pan fry over medium heat for 30 minutes until the oil separates. Pan fry the onions until golden brown, increase the heat, add the meat cubes and cook until the meat is slightly browned. Add the water, kidney beans and seasoning and gently simmer until the meat is done. Add the cooked vegetables and dry lime to the meat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with white rice.
