The Terrace at Park Hyatt Dubai
The Terrace at Park Hyatt Dubai continues to offer the exclusive organic farmed ZwyerCaviar on the menu at its Raw Bar. Priced at AED250 for 10g or AED2,995 for 125g, the Oscietra-type caviar comes from Russian and Siberian sturgeon, but is harvested exclusively in Uruguay. Every Friday and Saturday at The Terrace, guests enjoy two complimentary glasses of Veuve Clicquot champagne with every purchase of a 125g tin of ZwyerCaviar. Alternatively, diners can enjoy the Seafood Platter for two, a popular choice to share with friends, which includes Fine de Claire oysters, poached shrimp, crab legs, steamed mussels, Canadian lobster, langoustines and snails, all accompanied by cocktail sauce and aioli. Each of these items can also be enjoyed separately, in addition to Balik salmon pearls, and shrimp, crab and lobster cocktails. The Terrace serves this menu daily from 6:00pm to 1:30am.
