ENOC Honours Dubai Roads & Transport Authority For Partnership In Opening ZOOM Stores At Dubai Metro Stations
Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), the region’s leading integrated oil & gas group wholly owned by the Government of Dubai, honoured the Dubai Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) for their partnership in opening ZOOM convenience stores at the Dubai Metro stations.
Burhan Al Hashemi, ENOC’s Managing Director of Retail presented mementos and certificates to RTA officials at a ceremony held in Dubai recently.
The event underlined the completion and success of the 40 ZOOM stores across the Dubai Metro network. ENOC also reiterated its commitment to further strengthen its partnership with RTA, and continue to work towards the same mission of enhancing convenience across Dubai’s transportation networks.
“Our partnership with RTA underscores our mandate to form strong collaborations towards achieving the growth goals outlined in the Dubai Strategic Plan. We thank RTA for the opportunity to bring our ZOOM stores across the metro’s network and offer commuters the convenience of purchasing food products and other necessities on the go,” said Al Hashemi.
He added: “Through our partnership with RTA, we have also been able to continue to energise the industry by creating several new jobs. We look forward to upholding and building on our relationship with the organisation.”
ENOC also honoured suppliers and contractors who played a key role in the opening of the ZOOM stores on the Dubai Metro.
ZOOM is a part of the retail arm of ENOC, which now operates 40 stores at 39 Dubai Metro stations and serves over 12,000 customers per day.
Recently, an exciting promotion was rolled out by ZOOM to encourage more commuters to use public transportation and the Dubai Metro.
