Synthesis - Faisal Al Sari
Faisal Al Sari Synthesis Faisal Al Sari represents the new generation of UAE artists. Recipient of the 2009 Abu Dhabi Festival Award and ADMAF Creativity Award, he transcends East and West through an innovative repertoire combining classical and jazz genres with the sounds of Emirati heritage. Having first picked up the instrument in 1986, Al Sari graduated from Beit Al Oud Al Arabi in Abu Dhabi in 2011. As a soloist, researcher and composer, he also teaches others to follow his lead.
