Al Marmoom Ultramarathon
Elite ultra runners from around the world have Dubai marked in their diaries from 11-15 December with the Al Marmoom Ultramarathon offering three gruelling distances to choose from: the world’s longest desert run at 270km, plus continuous 100km and 50km ultra runs.
Competing for a total prize purse of US$60,000, this super challenging self-sufficient event covers five stages and includes tents and water, and breathtaking scenery courtesy of the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve.
