The Zoo Story
Directed by Chandni Varma and written by Edward Albee, The Zoo Story is a conversation that takes place between two men in Central Park, New York. The show explores what life is like if one man has everything on track with a great job, a wife, daughters and a home filled with animals, versus diving into the perspective of a man who lives with two empty photo frames, a few clothes, a safe filled with rocks, less than a shelf of books and countable belongings. These two men share their sides in this bemusing yet thought-provoking spectacle at The Yard in Alserkal Avenue.
