Under the patronage of the President of the Dubai Ladies Club, HH Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed, wife of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs, the Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum IT Education Project has been launched to help the women of the community acquire fundamental computer skills by providing a programme that leads to an International Computer Driving License
