He is considered one of the most important dance music figures responsible for bringing dance tunes to a mainstream audience. He released his first single, Go, back in 1991, which is now listed as one of Rolling Stone’s Best Records of All Time MOBY has been making music since the age of nine; he started out playing classical guitar before taking to the DJ decks after leaving college. His records have sold millions worldwide. He has produced and remixed for other artists including David Bowie, Metallica, The Beastie Boys, Public Enemy and many more.
