Coldplay
Multi-million album-selling Coldplay will help UAE residents ring in the new year with a concert in Abu Dhabi on December 31, it was announced today. The concert, designed to mark the emirate hosting the Volvo Ocean Race, sees the return of the British band after a hugely successful concert at Emirates Palace hotel in 2009. The event is being hosted on a purpose-built stage next to the Volvo Ocean Race Destination Village on the Corniche Breakwater. Ticket details have yet to be announced.
