Tamquest Events and Media is back with the second Holi Beach party which is happening at the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa (Club Joumana). This year Holi is going to be much bigger as we have Panjabi MC and Offlicence who are made up of Punjabi singer Sunny J alongside rappers Lexeye and Projay.
