Majid Al Futtaim Properties’ malls in Dubai are bringing unmatched shopping deals and must-see entertainment to this year’s Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF). As a Strategic Partner, Deira City Centre, Mirdif City Centre and Mall of the Emirates are embracing this year’s theme ‘Dubai at its Best,’ with non-stop fun from January 3rd to February 3rd and giving away a combined AED 1.3 million in Gift Card prizes.
Shoppers can win big by participating in the ‘Drop In and Triple Your Win’ at Deira City Centre and Mirdif City Centre, and ‘The Pick of Dubai’s Best Shopping Festival’ at Mall of the Emirates, a promotion that triples the excitement by giving shoppers the chance to win three times their original AED 300 spend – every hour, every day until a total of AED 1.3 million is given away.
During DSF, shoppers can also put their retail savvy to the test by participating in the ‘Price the Prize’ competition and correctly guess the price tag of a feature product. There will be a new, exciting product on display up for grabs every day, inviting visitors to join in the fun and submit the best guess for the chance to take it home.

Deira City Centre is hosting the famous Lebanese theatre group, the Louna Show for two exciting shows and meet-and-greet with fans. The high-energy performance schedule will kick off with ‘Louna in The World of Seasons’ from January 21 – 26, ‘Louna and The Busy Bee Show’ from January 27 – February 1, and Louna meet-and-greet accompanied with roaming band on February 2 – 3. Kids in the community can participate in ‘Art Attack’ arts and crafts workshops daily from noon to 9pm January 17 – 20, February 2 – 3 and noon to 5pm January 21 – February 1.
Mirdif City Centre is bringing the popular UAE television show, Freej, to life this DSF with character meet-and-greet for special photo opportunities with fans from January 4 – 13. In addition, the popular Moshi Monsters will perform Moshi ROX three times daily from January 21 – 27. Continuing the momentum, action-packed show ‘Wall Kings’ will perform four shows daily from January 28 – February 3, showcasing their breathtaking stunt abilities.
Mall of the Emirates is hosting a circus which will rotate themes throughout the month – promising a new and exciting show for shoppers each week, including ‘New Years,’ Modern Circus,’ ‘Classic Circus’ and ‘Contemporaneous.’ The circus will perform three, 20 minute shows per day from Tuesday through Saturday at 3pm, 5pm and 8:30pm in the Central Galleria. Shoppers will also be treated to the upbeat sounds of a Flamenco guitarist and dancer, saxophonist, and jazz, Latin and electronic tunes in the Fashion Dome. Musicians will perform Wednesday to Sunday at 2pm, 4pm and 7:30pm.
