Dubai Culture Lauds Efforts Of Employees In Line With His Highness Sheikh Mohammed’s ’Thank You’ Campaign
In line with the ‘Thank You’ campaign launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), the Emirate’s dedicated Authority for culture, arts, and heritage, celebrated the efforts of its employees, across all operational facets.
Aimed at lauding the efforts of general staff including messengers, drivers, cleaners, and security officers, among others, the ‘Thank You’ campaign underlines the appreciation and gratitude that these heroes deserve for their unwavering commitment to driving the growth and development of Dubai.
In line with the direction of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed, Dubai Culture will honour employees working within the various departments of the Authority, in addition to numerous galleries, cultural organisations, institutions and festivals.
Senior management from Dubai Culture will visit the departments, galleries, and organisations, honouring employees with certificates and tokens of appreciation for their efforts over the course of the year.
Dubai Culture honoured 10 employees for their dedication to the Dubai Government including: Al Mohammmad Al Sadeqi, who has worked with Dubai Public Library (DPL) for over 33 years; Mohammad Hassan Abdulla Albalooshi and Moosa Ali Mohammad Ismail Albalooshi, who have worked in DPL for over 24 years; Mohammad Saad Saidoon Kalshar Almahri, for 10 years of commitment; Gaibee Mushtak Hassan and Anwar Gholam Mohamad Abdallah, for nine years of service; Shahzada Sajid Muhammad Hanif Raja and Allaudin Sharafuddin Siddiqui, for seven years of their support; Youssef Mohamad Abdallah Mohamad; and Issa Hadiri Ali Al Mazrouai.
Each year, the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority recognises the dedication and commitment of its employees in an annual internal gathering, for their commendable efforts towards the culture and arts industry.
The Authority recently launched its Intranet-DC360°, to foster and strengthen internal communication, creating an effective department-wide collaboration. The Intranet has been designed to cater specifically to the culture and arts sector, providing employees the opportunity to exhibit their artwork, and thus foster their skills.
