A high-profile delegation from Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) is taking part in the Global Risk Awards 2013 ceremony in London, UK, today. The event is organised by the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), the world’s leading enterprise-wide risk education institute.
