RTA Designs Portal For Shokran Khalifa Initiative, Uniform For Kids Of Employees

In a bid to raise the interaction with Shokran Khalifa initiative, launched by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), staged a number of events epitomizing the noble passion of employees towards HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, who is steering the drive of prosperity, goodness and love for citizens as well as residents of the country.

In this regard the Dubai Taxi Corporation has constructed a website (http://www.shokrankhalifa.com) entitled ‘FROM THE HAPPIEST NATION TO THE PRESIDENT!’ in an effort to collect extensive numbers of thanksgiving and appreciation messages & expressions from employees to HH the President of the UAE.

Engineer Mansour Rahma Al Falasi, Director of Resources and Support, Dubai Taxi Corporation, said: “This website has been constructed following a personal initiative of engineer Hisham Mohammed Airan, IT Manager. The entire peoples of the UAE have lofty respect, love and loyalty to HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, in reciprocation of the imposing keenness of HH to track the problems, overcome the difficulties and address the needs of citizens, be it inside or outside the UAE.”

This initiative, he continued, has well been received by executives, employees and drivers of the Dubai Taxi Corporation, and all affiliated individuals have been prompted to express thanks and commendations messages to the President, though words are the barest minimum we can offer to this great leader.

“The initiative of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to offer thanks to the leader of the nation on the day of HH taking office on Jan 4th, is itself a meaningful initiative from a farsighted leaderendowed with huge intellectual faculties. The Dubai Taxi Corporation, and all employees, would wish to express thanks and appreciation to the President and the Vice-President as well as Their Highnesses the Rulers of the Emirates on this occasion for their endeavours to raise the profile of the nation, ensure the prosperity of people and foster the principle of social equity,” commented Al Falasi.

In a related development, the RTA Human Resources and Development Department distributed shirts with printed images of HH the President bearing the phrase: Thank You Khalifa (Shokran Khalifa) to the kids, as well as their mothers, of RTA employees in RTA Nursery, who were all dressed in a uniform depicting the recognition and gratitude they have to HH.

“The distribution of these shirts to kids is intended to further patriotic feelings and loyalty to HH the President on this occasion through Thank You Khalifa (Shokran Khalifa) initiative launched by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Employees as well as mothers of children in the Nursery recited several poems reflecting their overwhelming passion and loyalty to the prudent leadership; which has provided all means of security, safety and prosperity to this beloved country,” said Ms. Kawther Kazim, Director of RTA Human Resources and Development.
