The Wedding Fair Opens At Ajman Palace Hotel Today

The Wedding Fair at The Ajman Palace Hotel was inaugurated today by H.H. Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Tourism Development Department, and H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal Al Qassimi, Chairman and CE of MANAFA LLC. They were joined by Mr Faisal Al Nuaimi Director General of Ajman Tourism Development Department, Mr Laurent A. Voivenel, CEO of HMH - Hospitality Management Holdings and Mr Ferghal Purcell, General Manager of The Ajman Palace Hotel.

Speaking on the occasion Mr Laurent A. Voivenel, said, "We are proud to host the first and the biggest hotel wedding exhibition in the Northern Emirates at The Ajman Palace Hotel. The two-day fair brings together over 80 leading regional and international brands and designers specialized in catering to high-end weddings. At The Ajman Palace Hotel we have got the largest convention and wedding facilities in the Northern Emirates and The Wedding Fair will be an annual event in our calendar. It will serve as a showcase for visitors to see the finest mix of wedding must-haves. Events such as these help raise awareness about the destination and are instrumental in driving demand from both existing and emerging markets.

In celebration of the inaugural Wedding Fair, H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal Al Qassimi with Mr Laurent A. Voivenel presented a special trophy to H.H. Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi.

The exhibitors participating at The Wedding Fair range from finance to fashion, beauty, jewellery, wedding & event planners, linen, porcelain, silverware, food, flowers, airlines, tourism boards, printing and photography. Among the top exhibitors are luxury brands such as Wiener Silber Manufactur from Vienna displaying unique silverwork masterpieces, Ege Exquisit from Germany showcasing the world's finest table and bed linens and KPM, a trend-setter in producing timeless porcelain since 1763.

The show was opened by world-famous Emirati Fashion Designer Mona Al Mansouri - the 2014 United Nations Goodwill Ambassador.
