Market Kitchen Offers A Culinary Masterclass With A Difference
Market Kitchen invites guests to experience its exclusive and interactive culinary masterclasses.
The ‘Market to Kitchen’ class will take food enthusiasts on a gastronomical journey around Abu Dhabi with cuisine that is inspired by globally renowned Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
Market to Kitchen kicks off at 10:30am every Saturday with complimentary beverages and pastries, before guests head out to explore the capital’s food markets. First stop will be Abu Dhabi’s Fish Market, where Head Chef Jordan Annabi will share tips on how to select the freshest catch of the day, followed by a trip to the fruit and vegetable market for a lesson on the seasonality of the produce.
Once guests have purchased all of the key ingredients, they will return to the hotel to discuss their findings with Chef Jordan who will then prepare a bespoke meal for the group. The final element of the masterclass will be a mocktail mixology lesson session with the talented bar staff.
Details:
Price: No fixed price, guests are required to split the cost of the produce they select at the market and it is within their discretion to pay extra to the chef at the end of the session.
