Iris Yas Island celebrates the world of film, by turning the venue into a temporary indoor cinema where guests can have fun, relax and share good times with friends. Unforgettable, much-loved classic movies are being screened throughout the summer, every Tuesday starting the 9th June at 7:30pm, with the exception of dates during Ramadan.
Movie Screening is just one part of Iris Yas Island’s indoor events planned for the coming months starting 1st June.
Stay cool in the indoor screening sessions that kick off with the multi award - winning 1974 adaptation of The Great Gatsby starring Robert Redford, Mia Farrow, Sam Waterson, Bruce Dern, Karen Black, Scott Wilson, Lois Chiles, and Robert Blossom. Party like Jay Gatsby!
Movie buffs and nightlife lovers will continue to enjoy an uninterrupted party scene, thanks to the giant roll down screen. Guests will be able to watch their favourite classics while enjoying mouthwatering food created by Iris’s head chef along with spectacular cocktails and soothing coolers.
Over the coming months, Iris Yas Island will be screening classics such as Inspector Clouseau, Some Like it Hot, Donnie Brasco, Psycho, Metropolis, The Apartment, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Lawrence of Arabia, The Birds and My Fair Lady.
